Cookie Policy

Updated 8 July 2026

This Cookie Policy describes what cookies and similar technologies our public site uses, why, how long they are stored, and how to withdraw consent. It supplements the Privacy Policy. It concerns our marketing site; for the widget session identifier on a client's site, see "The widget on clients' sites".

What cookies are

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser to remember your actions and settings. We use cookies by the categories below. Strictly necessary cookies are always set (the site does not work without them); analytics cookies are set only with your prior consent, collected via the consent banner.

Cookie categories

CategoryPurposeDurationConsent
Session (strictly necessary)Sign-in and keeping you logged inUp to 30 daysNot required
lang (functional)Remembers your chosen interface languageUp to 1 yearNot required (needed for the feature)
Google Analytics (analytics, planned)Anonymized site-usage statisticsUp to 24 monthsConsent only

The exact set and durations will be confirmed when analytics is connected.

Strictly necessary cookies

Session cookie. Set on sign-in, it stores the signed session (see the Privacy Policy). Sign-in and protected pages do not work without it, so it requires no consent (it falls under the "strictly necessary" exemption). Stored for up to 30 days or until sign-out.

Functional cookies

The lang cookie. Remembers your chosen interface language (RU/EN) so it isn't asked again. It is not used for tracking and is not shared with third parties.

Analytics cookies

In the future we plan to connect Google Analytics for anonymized site-usage statistics. These cookies are set only after your consent via the consent banner; before consent they are not set. Declining does not affect how the site works. Analytics is not yet connected.

The widget on clients' sites

The search widget embedded on our clients' sites stores a session identifier (sessionId) on the visitor's device solely to keep the follow-up-question conversation going — this is strictly necessary for the widget to work. Obtaining visitor consent on their own site and maintaining their own cookie policy is the site owner's responsibility as controller; the allocation of responsibility is set out in the Data Processing Agreement.

How to manage and withdraw consent

You can change or withdraw consent to analytics cookies at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer — it reopens the banner with per-category toggles. Strictly necessary and functional cookies can be removed via your browser, but then some features (sign-in, remembering your language) may behave differently. Withdrawal takes effect going forward and does not affect processing before withdrawal.

Changes and contact

We may update this Policy when the set of cookies changes; material changes are reflected in the update date. Questions — via the contact form or the privacy contact in the Privacy Policy.
